Many a times either during a project or after a project, every individual will definitely self-reflect where they have/are gone/going wrong or who is responsible for the mistakes..

You can choose to look at it from a defensive point of view by criticising your group mates for not doing their part well or not up to your satisfactory standards, this is common and why? In the society we live in, we never look into ourselves and ask whether you, yourself is doing a good or satisfactory job in the eyes of your group members but to play the blame game by blaming one another for each other's faults.. and you believe you are not wrong..

In the past, whenever i have had to self-reflect on myself during numerous projects, i realised that it is better to ask yourself why am i not able to influence my group to perform well or finish their respective parts on time though they may be wrong and sometimes, i felt i could have changed the situation by inputing positive influence to my group and giving encouragements instead of criticising them.. In the working world out there, you do not always get your ideal group members which puts further emphasis on the ability to accomodate and influence, to give and to take, to learn and to share in order to succeed in what you set out to do..

In the end of the day, it will be a win-win situation with good progress and good friendship intact.
