After having a good debate among friends regarding schoolwork, we have all noticed one thing in common, we are all feeling stressed in both our mind and body, conflicting the idea that poly life should be 'stress-free' and enjoyable.

As a business student, my area is mainly aspects of all business but focus is on HR and Finance relative to the broad diversification of business topics.
Till now, the projects still bring doubts and worries with regards to the task of completing the projects on time and in accordance to guidelines provided.
Finance projects do not pose a huge barrier as opposed to HR projects due to the clear theoretical approaches learnt.

On the other hand, HR projects encourages the PBL approach to solve problems at hand which has definitely proven its worth in the working world to a certain extent. Even till now, i always constantly remind myself right from the early beginnings that the PBL approach is supposed to develop independent learners and thinkers who will solve and tackle problems by themselves.

However, it does not appear to be the case from my perspective, my fellow peers are always constantly liaising with one another to ascertain the facts and approaches to be adopted in order to solve the problem, debates also played a part as to the practicality of the approach. I am not against the methodology of PBL because i sincerely respect the significance of needing a systematic approach to solve problems at hand on a corporate level with the intricacies involved but the sight of peers being unsure and inconfident in their work has truly and disappointingly defeated the purpose of PBL which is to nurture independence in learning and the relentless pursuit of solutions to solve the problems.

Certain individuals may or may not agree with my views, the above thoughts do not form a representation of me in any form or part.

Have a good rest everyone! Good night!
