The time i type these words marks the sort of lifestyle, i as a student, am forced to accept..
Dozing off in the early part of the night due to fatigue and waking up in the wee hours of the next day.. This is what we, as students have to face, the impact of projects and accumulated stress from other academic aspects is unavoidable..
Everything seems to revolve so quickly, informal communication is kept to a minimal whereas formal business communication is at a high. In such times, it is easy to identify whether you are a person who is sure and confident of his work; knowing what you are doing without having to overly rely on assistance for formal guidance.

Projects are ever difficult but necessary for academic performance, as i always said, projects should develop independent learning and marks should not be involved in them, to encourage confidence among students to venture into the unknown and learn from mistakes.

I always imagined myself playing golf and the flag stick goes missing, will there be any motivation to hit the putting surface? I am sure with no flag stick around, it will be so much easier to hit the green, and i will try different kinds of shots to get on the green.

Likewise for projects, the grades forces us to work in one direction, specified by the guidelines, and we follow them closely to score well but if we are always tied to guidelines and grades, we can never have the guts to explore and learn other methods to achieve the project outcome which is a pity.. We have to be encouraged to explore and fail if we must, in order to learn what must be learnt and remember what needs to be remembered which are all essential for success..
